STATEMENT - TICKET REFUNDS
As a result of the recent changeover of management at the Jook House (hereon in known as The Grand Central) we at Jook Media are aware that there are some tickets that have been purchased for future shows and events.
Please note that ALL pre-booked tickets are subject to refund. It is then the customers choice as to whether they repurchase tickets from the new managers (provided of course that the show is still scheduled to go ahead)
If you are due a refund please contact jookmusic@live.co.uk or phone 01903 410276 and we will be happy to make the necessary arrangements.
Please also note that Jook Media bears no responsibility for tickets purchased after the management takeover and are not liable for any cancellations from that point onwards. Issues concerning the latter should be forwarded to the managers of The Grand Central.
